An Overview of the Program

This document outlines the understanding between Hereditas, Inc. ("the Company") and individuals who are accepted into the Founding Member Program ("Founding Members"). This is not a legally binding contract but a statement of mutual intent and understanding.

1. Purpose of the Program

The Founding Member Program is designed to bring together a select group of visionary individuals who understand the critical importance of digital legacy. The purpose is to create a core community that will provide valuable feedback, insights, and guidance during the final stages of product development and initial launch.

2. Benefits for Founding Members

In recognition of their contribution, Founding Members who are accepted into the program will be entitled to the following benefits:

  • Lifetime Access: Founding Members will receive a lifetime subscription to the Hereditas premium tier at no cost. This includes all current and future features of that tier.
  • Preferential Pricing: Should Founding Members require services beyond the standard premium tier (e.g., enterprise-level features, bespoke integrations), they will be offered preferential, "at-cost" pricing.
  • Direct Influence: Founding Members will have a direct line of communication with the Hereditas leadership and development team. Their feedback will be prioritized in the product roadmap.
  • Advisory Council: Exceptional Founding Members may be invited to join the official Hereditas Advisory Council, a more formal body that helps shape the strategic direction of the company.
  • Early Access: Founding Members will be the first to access new features and beta versions of the platform.

3. Expectations from Founding Members

We believe in a relationship of mutual value. From our Founding Members, we expect:

  • Active Feedback: A willingness to use the platform and provide honest, constructive feedback on its features, usability, and overall strategy. This may involve occasional surveys or brief interviews.
  • Confidentiality: Founding Members will be privy to non-public information about the product and company strategy. We expect them to maintain strict confidentiality regarding this information until it is made public.
  • Advocacy: A willingness to act as a positive advocate for Hereditas within their professional networks, should they genuinely believe in the product and its mission.

4. The Process

Acceptance into the Founding Member Program is by application only. The process is as follows:

  1. Submission of the application form on our website.
  2. Review of the application by the Hereditas team.
  3. A potential, brief, informal call to discuss your profile and expectations.
  4. If accepted, you will receive a formal invitation and onboarding instructions.
